ATB Automation supplies a variety of XY and XYZ positioning systems with electric linear units or electric linear actuators with servo motor or stepper motor. Our specialists provide advice for any desired positioning application for OEM or laboratory. The convience of one-stop-shopping for a single linear axis up to your complete XYZ system avoids being bound to multiple suppliers for one positioning system.
Choose from a complete 2-axis XY positioning system or 3-axis XYZ system with IAI electric actuators with 24V stepper motor or 230V servo motor, including adapters, energy chains and multi-axis control. Strokes up to 1000mm. Also available as gate-type or cantilever system.
For more complex postioning systems IAI offers complete cartesian robots up to 6 axis, including adapters, energy chains and multi-axis control. These cartesian robot are comprised of IAI electric linear actuators with spindle or toothed belt and integrated servo motor. The IAI cartesian robot is available with a stroke up to 3000mm and in portal setup, cantilever or gate-type execution.
The compacte IAI TableTop XYZ tables are complete ready to use solutions for multi-axis motions within a stroke range up to 400 mm. The electric postioning tables are available as 2-axis or 3-axis systems with a repeatability accuracy of 0,02 mm and speeds up to 300 mm/s.
Standard linear axes with toothed belt or spindle. With the many accessories such as motor adapters and mounting adapters, an XY, XZ or XYZ positioning system can be realized very quickly and easily. Ideal for use with standard stepper motors or servo motors up to 400W, such as with 3D printers and pick-and-place applications.
The robust positioning tables with linear units of HSB are frequently used and proven reliable positioning concept for the equipment manufacturers. The closed linear units with toothed belt transmission or spindle transmission are often applied together with the Stöber or Estun servo motors for accurate or heavy positioning applications.
We supply slewing ring bearings, oscillating mountings, tensioner devices from stock and we also have spiral bevel gearboxes, servo gears and electromechanical actuators in our delivery program.
