New products IAI RCP6 rotative systems

Lightweight rotation systems from IAI: ideal for pick-and-place applications

IAI expands its range of rotation systems with the RTFML and RTCK.

These systems are compact and lightweight. This simplifies design and assembly processes.

The RTFML and RTCK can be combined with Cartestic systems and are very suitable for use in pick-and-place systems.

RCP6-RTMFL Rotary table with hollow shaft

o 24V stepper with integrated reducer

o Maximum torque 5.2 Nm

o Speeds up to 800 ͦ/s

This rotary table has a hollow shaft through which the wiring is passed. The RTMFL can be combined with the IAI range of grippers.

RCP6-RTCK Rotary drive with gripper

o 24V stepper with rotation and gripper

o Maximum torque 0.36 Nm / force 20N

o Speeds up to 1800 ͦ/s

The RTCK can be rotated to any angle between 0 and 360° in 1 rotation. It can be supplied as parallel type and side mounted type.
