The SB6 controller is suitable for controlling the EZ servo motors, among other things, with the single-cable system with EnDAT3 absolute encoder. In addition, the energy-efficient LM Lean motors can be controlled. The controller is available in 3 sizes with nominal currents from 4.5A to 32A.
The controller is equipped with an Ethernet connection as standard, making both EtherCAT and PROFINET available. When used with EtherCAT, the SB6 can be used according to all CiA402 control standards. With PROFINET, the controller is suitable for the PROFIDRIVE protocol.
In the field of safety, the SB6 controller meets the highest standards: PLe (Cat. 4) according to EN ISO 13849-1.
This can be done via hardware inputs or with the bus systems Fail safe over EtherCAT or PROFISAFE (EN 61800-5-2).

The new KS series consists of a planetary input stage and an output stage with bevel gearbox. The reducer is mounted on an EZ servo motor.
Available reductions are between 6 and 100, which allows a maximum torque of 400Nm.
The reducers are available with solid output shaft, hollow flange shaft or hollow through shaft with shrink disk.
They are also available with pinion in combination with racks.
The KS series is extremely suitable for applications with limited installation space, such as packaging or processing machines.
