The new RCP5 series 24 VCD lineair electric actuators with battery-less absolute encoder, realize the convenience of an absolute encoder along with the cost and simplicity of an incremental encoder. The battery-less absolute encoder is an innovative encoder requiring no hassle or cost of battery replacement. This encoder is ideal for the automobile industry and other production facilities where many absolute type actuators are used.
The new series RCP5 24VDC high speed linear electric actuators of IAI Industrial Robots & Actuators are equipped with an absolute encoder. Because of this, no reference is required at start-up procedure of a machine. The IAI RCP5 linear actuators have a powered cradle or connecting rod. Typical applications include pick-and-place applications, XY (Z) tables and also replacement of pneumatic actuators.
The IAI linear electric actuator RCP5 with sled is available in a width of 40, 58 or 73 mm. Stroke length of 50 to 800 mm with a max. Horizontal load up to 45kg. The IAI electric actuators with connecting rod having outer dimensions of square 40, 58, 73, 88 and 108mm. Pressure force of 48N to 6000N and a stroke of 50 to 800 mm. The RCP5 actuator sled at speeds up to 1440 mm / s and the actuator rod to 800 mm / s.
The new high performance associated PCON-CA controllers set the RCP5 actuators simple in operation. The PCON-CA controller is now also available with EtherCAT and Profinet, in addition to the already available network options as CC-Link, DeviceNet and Profibus. For multi-axis applications, the msep series is a compact and interesting controller.
We supply slewing ring bearings, oscillating mountings, tensioner devices from stock and we also have spiral bevel gearboxes, servo gears and electromechanical actuators in our delivery program.
In addition we also select and offer the right components and systems for motion control solutions, such as servo gear motors, linear servo actuators and complete XYZ cartesian systems.
