Completely new – yet recognisibly ROSTA

ROSTA is the world No1 manufacturer for rubber suspension components. Besides the classic construction with 4 natural rubber elements a new element has been developed with 3 elements of natural rubber: ‘The ROSTA 3RUB’.

The ROSTA 3RUB is developed to give you more flexibility in your application. The 3RUB rubber element has a higher deflection than the classic 4 rubber elements. The 3RUB provides torsion angles up to 60 degrees as a single element and can even be combined into a double unit providing up to 90 degrees torsional angle.  

The rubber suspension element of the ROSTA 3RUB consists of a hexagonal housing in conjunction with a triangular inner part.

To provide the maximum amount of flexibility in application and installation, the following outer shell and inner construction designs are proposed.

Do you need a series product?  

At the moment there is no standard ROSTA 3RUB elements program. The first elements are developed for specific applications. After the design cycle initial prototypes will be CNC milled or 3D printed by ROSTA. The series are made from aluminium extrusion profiles. This is possible at a volume of 1.500 m or 500 kg per year. For large scale orders, a steel profile version may also be possible.
