New generation Estun servodrives

Date: 22 November 2017

Slider5 Trio motion controller met Estun servodrives en EtherCAT Estun servodrives EMJ-EMG-EML ProNet PLUS Estun ETS Trio MC403

Plus-series: Flexible with cost-effective price

With the new ProNet and ETS-series the Estun 50W until 5 kW servodrives are more  to commission and flexible to use. This all for the same or even low costprice.

All drives are suitable for use with the 20 bits incremental encoders or the 17 bit absolute encoder (battery puffed).
Because of this all Estun servomotoren from the EMJ, EMG and EML series with different type of encoders can be used with one type of drive.

Besides this several improvements are realised with the new hardware platform like:

  • high performance
  • online firmware update
  • several new functions, such as CVS Control Mode, Touch Probe, Homing Function
  • automatic self-identify type of encoder
  • new software tool (ESView 3.0) with more usability and functions

Following three types of drives are available:

ProNet-MG serie
Speed and positioning drive for servomotors from 50W until 5 kW.
Control via CANopen, digital/analogue inputs/outputs or pulse-train

ProNet EG-EC series
Speed and positioning drive for servomotors from 50W until 5 kW.
Control via EtherCAT, drive based and control based (CiA402 protocol).
Ideal for control with Codesys, TwinCat or Trio Motion Controller MC4N-ECAT

ETS-APG-CAN series
Two or three axis speed and positioning drive for servomotors from 50W tot 1 kW.
All in one housing and one power supply.
Control via CANopen or puls-train
