The Tandler Standard spiral bevel gearboxes for torques up to 8,000 Nm. High accurate spiral bevel gearboxes thanks to application of the (cyclo)paloïd gear. Proven versatility and value time by being extremely precise with very low backlash and very low transmission error. Silent, shock resistant, have overload capability and are space saving.

Chocolat biscuits production with Tandler and Stober

High-grade motorgears and bevel gearboxes used in the production of chocolate biscuits.
Transmission of the feed chain by means of a Stöber helical-bevelbox.
Various filling operations driven through one main motor, Stöber coaxial geared motor with attached four Tandler bevel gears.
Synchronous operation in position with the flow of the biscuits is realized with Tandler speed interference gearboxes.

Control locks with ADE electromechanical actuator

The ADE electromechanical actuators operate various locks in the Netherlands and Belgium, creating a reliable, maintenance-free and an environment friendly lock gate drive. The totally enclosed ADE sluice gate drive has specially selected construction materials, long-life internal mounted screw drive and high specification gear motor drive.

Integrated adjustable controls provide for stroke adjustment and control of maximum thrust force to provide precise control of gate motion and firm closure.

Lubricants cannot leak into the water due to the fully enclosed design and high-grade seals employed.

Maintenance costs reduced substantially due to high wearing life of components and long interval lubrication.

Standardized construction minimizes spare part requirements, especially in comparison with a hydraulic cylinder.

ADE electro mechanical actuators are deployed as drive for the lock paddles in the lock gates of Sluice Evergem:

The lock complex Evergem consists of two locks in the Belgian municipality of Evergem. The locks are used for passing inland vessels between the port of Gent, De Westerschelde, the Gent-Brugge canal and other waterways. A large part of the inland shipping goes through the Gent-Terneuzen canal, linking the port of Gent with the Westerschelde and the North Sea.
