Roller Screw versus Ball Screw Actuators
In the ever-evolving field of engineering, roller screw technology has become a significant force in linear electric actuator motion control....
The EL8-RS series AC servo drives support the Modbus RTU (RS485) protocol.
In addition, the EL8-RS can be controlled with classic pulse-direction control or with analog speed control.
Servo drives with 400W-2000W power
User-configurable I/Os: 10 DI, 6 DO, 3 AI, 2AO
Equipped with internal regenerative resistor
Modbus RTU (RS485) / pulse direction / analog speed control
Position, velocity and torque loop control
New servo functions including Zero Tracking Control (ZTC), Position comparison, Black box, 1-click/1-parameter easy tunings
Safety functions such as Safe Torque Off (STO) with SIL3 grading
Matching motors with power rating from 50W to 2000W
Motors with 23-bit magnetic/optical encoders
Optional holding brake
Demonstration of LEDGO LED panels at an exhibition. Rotations are realized with three Leadshine servo drives. The main drive is equipped with a 1 kW servo motor and the two arms of a 400W servomotor. The servomotors are equipped with Wanshsin planetary gearheads with slanting teeth, guaranteeing a low noise level.
We supply slewing ring bearings, oscillating mountings, tensioner devices from stock and we also have spiral bevel gearboxes, servo gears and electromechanical actuators in our delivery program.
In addition we also select and offer the right components and systems for motion control solutions, such as servo gear motors, linear servo actuators and complete XYZ cartesian systems.
