Linear servo actuator
- Standard capacity roller screw
- Continuous force 15,3 kN
- 610 mm stroke - 953 mm/s

Compact linear servo actuators for forces up to 15.3 kN continuous and 17.6 kN peak, combine the advantages of EXLAR's rolller screw technology and T-LAM stator technology to create a powerful and robust linear solution. Uses a specially designed roller screw mechanism for converting electric motor power into linear motion within the actuator.
- 3 sizes (57, 78 and 99 mm).
- Maximum speed 0.8 m/sec.
- Stroke lengths up to 610 mm.
- Maximum force 15.3 kN continuous and 17.6 kN peak.
- Protection class IP54 of IP65.
- Various feedbacks for any type servo inverter.
Laser welding installation with Exlar roller screw servo actuators
Fully automatic laser welding installation for Pillow Plate heat exchangers. Plate thickness combinations (upper/lower plate): 0.8/0.8 to 2/20 mm.
Two plates are clamped against each other with two Exlar roller screw servoactuators with a clamping force up to 15 kN. The two servoactuators run synchronous in the servo controller.
Dosing syrup waffles with Exlar actuator
Flexible dosing of syrup with 10 pieces Exlar roller screw servo actuators. Maintenance-free replacement of pneumatic cylinders.
Welding manipulator with Exlar, Torriani and Stöber drive
Positioning heavy steel tubes up to 2 tons with manual control in any desired angle and height through five moveable axis. The five moveable axes provide a tilting motion, a rotary movement, an ingoing and outgoing sliding movement and a lifting movement.
Belt treadmill with Exlar servoactuators
This belt threadmill is a dual belt treadmill with fully separated 3D force measurement capabilities and unique movement capabilities (Instrumented treadmill). It features very high acceleration and deceleration of the individual belts (unloaded 20 m/s2), optional pitch motion from 10 degrees backward to 10 degrees forward in less than 1 second and an optional sway motion of 100 mm from left to right in less than a second.
The reaction of the patient to disturbances is of interest to the analysis. The Exlar GSM40 creates a 'pitch' movement; the front and rearward tilting of the band.
The Exlar GSM30 regulates the 'sway' movement; a linear motion with a maximum stroke of 50 mm to the left or to the right.
