TTX Series: Exlar Servo Actuators with Integrated Drive
Date: 11 August 2022

Compact and cost effective
The new TTX series consists of compact servo roller screw actuators with continuous forces of up to 4.9 kN and a stroke of 100 mm to 450 mm. There are 2 sizes available with a flange of square 60 and 80 mm. The integrated servo drive is suitable for connection to 24 or 48Vdc. The version with flange 80 mm is also available in 230Vac version. Characteristic of the Exlar servo actuators is the roller screw transmission integrated in a brushless servo motor. This makes the drive very compact and the roller screw gives the actuator a very long service life.
Compact solution
TTX series actuators are servo drives with the highest power density and smallest footprint on the market. Ultimately, you can build a fully electronic solution into the space of your existing hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder. You can also eliminate life-sensitive ballscrews; and the space previously occupied by panel-mount servo drives and/or controllers is not needed. TTX series actuators can reduce the dimensions of your machine design while significantly improving reliability.
Reduce costs
Labor costs for mounting and wiring panels can also be eliminated because the TTX series houses the servo motor, mechanical transmission and drive in one convenient package. Cable costs are significantly reduced by eliminating the need for expensive servo cables. All it takes is a cost-effective standard AC or DC power cord and a standard communication cable for digital and analog I/O or a bus system. These actuators also eliminate any problems associated with power signals and feedback signals traveling long distances from servo controller to servo motor.
Flexible communication
Digital and analog I/O, plus popular communication networks, such as Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU (standard), EtherNet/IP and PROFINET IO make it easy for the TTX series to be an integral part. control architecture or machine control processes.
Various mounting options
The TTX series is easy to assemble via various optional attachments that can also be added later.
