What make a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) so valuable?
I recently attended a successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the electromechanical ADE actuators that we supply during the renovation of the...
High efficiency Torriani worm gear slewing drive with smaller pitch of the worm and larger contact surface on multiple teeth of the wormgear. This slewing ring drive is ideal for vertical applications and is up to four times faster than the standard version. Compact slewing drive thanks to the lower assembly position.
A worm gear slewing drive is a complete slewing solution in a closed housing with a slewing ring bearing with external gear, combined with a direct mounted with bearing supported steel worm shaft. The self-locking ability of the slewing drive eliminates the need for a brake on the drive (hydro)motor.

The enclosed and sealed housing of the slewing drive protects against dust and dirt.
We supply slewing ring bearings, oscillating mountings, tensioner devices from stock and we also have spiral bevel gearboxes, servo gears and electromechanical actuators in our delivery program.
In addition we also select and offer the right components and systems for motion control solutions, such as servo gear motors, linear servo actuators and complete XYZ cartesian systems.
