The 2ELD2 dc servo controller is a 2-axis controller and is combined with the Leadshine ELVM brushless dc servo motors (BLDC).
The connection voltage is 24V-70 Vdc. Typical applications are mobile vehicles, AGV and internal transport systems. The 2ELD2 drives are available in 2 types:

The two drive wheels are driven by 2 pieces of 1 kW ELVM BLDC servo motors and the 2-axis 2ELD2 servo controller. The engines are equipped with a Wanshsin WAD planetary gear reducer with output flange on which the wheel is mounted.
The steering wheel is driven by a 400W BLDC servo motor.
The fan for sucking up the waste is equipped with a 2 kW ELVM motor and a 60A ELD2 servo drive.
The drives are controlled from the controller via CANopen.
We supply slewing ring bearings, oscillating mountings, tensioner devices from stock and we also have spiral bevel gearboxes, servo gears and electromechanical actuators in our delivery program.
In addition we also select and offer the right components and systems for motion control solutions, such as servo gear motors, linear servo actuators and complete XYZ cartesian systems.
