For our customer Crea-Tech we deliverd this height adjustment of a sleeve machine for plants. This will place the plant in a plastic protective cover.
The height of the rotation plate is adjusted depending on the length of the cover and the height of the plant. The height adjustment is equipped with 4 NEFF spindle lifting elements with trapezoidal spindle and are connected to connecting shafts so that it can be controlled by 1 motor.
An optional Trio Scara Robot can place the plants from the rotation carousel onto a conveyor belt.
We supply slewing ring bearings, oscillating mountings, tensioner devices from stock and we also have spiral bevel gearboxes, servo gears and electromechanical actuators in our delivery program.
In addition we also select and offer the right components and systems for motion control solutions, such as servo gear motors, linear servo actuators and complete XYZ cartesian systems.
