Roller Screw versus Ball Screw Actuators
In the ever-evolving field of engineering, roller screw technology has become a significant force in linear electric actuator motion control....
Rosta SE-F is specially designed for front mounting on for example "blind" frame structures or other application where it is not possible to fix your tensioner from the back side. Rubber quality, tensioning pressure, material and surface protection are identical to the standard type SE. The special fixation screw with distance bushing is zinc-plated and secured in the housing by means of a rubber 0-ring.
The Rosta SE-F front mounting tensioner is maintenance free.
The tension force of the Rosta SE-F front-mounting chain tensioner and belt tensioner is stageless adjustable to an angle of 30°.
The Rosta SE-F chain tensioner and belt tensioner with front mounting is easy to install with a wide range of accessories.
ATB Automation supports you for the right choice of your chain tensioner and belt tensioner.
ATB Automation has several accessories in stock for your chain and belt tensioners, including chain wheels, chain rider set, pretensioning brackets, quick pretensioning system, tensioning rollers and belt tensioner for wide belts up to 250 mm.
ATB Automation supplies tensioning elements of Rosta, based on the unique rubber suspension units, for maintenance-free tensioning of chain drives and belt drives.
More information about tensioner devices.
We supply slewing ring bearings, oscillating mountings, tensioner devices from stock and we also have spiral bevel gearboxes, servo gears and electromechanical actuators in our delivery program.
In addition we also select and offer the right components and systems for motion control solutions, such as servo gear motors, linear servo actuators and complete XYZ cartesian systems.
