In a packing machine for rice cakes the three arms of 6 robots are mounted directly to a STÖBER high torque planetary gearbox, PHQ-MF. By means of the honed helical gears this gearbox has a very high torsional stiffness and a tooth backlash less than 1 arc minute. This combined with the sturdy bearing of the flange makes the gearbox ideal for high-end robotic applications like Delta Robots.
We supply slewing ring bearings, oscillating mountings, tensioner devices from stock and we also have spiral bevel gearboxes, servo gears and electromechanical actuators in our delivery program.
In addition we also select and offer the right components and systems for motion control solutions, such as servo gear motors, linear servo actuators and complete XYZ cartesian systems.
