As part of our sustainability plans, we support initiatives with a sustainable or educational character. Think of student teams working on projects in the field of clean mobility or similar projects.
By supporting these initiatives with products from our delivery program, we want to contribute to sustainable technologies and the talents who develop them: bringing sustainability into motion.
The Formula Student competition is the largest engineering competition in the world. The Dutch team designs, develops and builds an electric racing car in 8 months.
This goes beyond the 'racing aspect' alone: it encourages the most talented students at Technical University Delft to develop further in the field of engineering and offers the opportunity to put technical theory into practice.
We sponsor the TU Delft team by supplying Rotar and Jakob couplings which are used in the steering column and the autonomous steering system.
