Collecting feedback

We believe it is important that everyone feels free to share questions and concerns with a manager. In addition, we offer our colleagues a platform to share feedback and opinions directly with management.

Employees complete an anonymous monthly questionnaire on topics such as job satisfaction, personal development and meaning. This gives management a complete picture of what is going on on the work floor and the opportunity to convert feedback into action.

Code of Conduct

The Indutrade Code of Conduct is our policy for sustainable entrepreneurship. This code of conduct contains guidelines for important matters such as the environment, health and safety, business ethics and human rights. Every employee is personally responsible for complying with the code of conduct.

This Code of Conduct is based on 10 principles from the Global Compact for Sustainable Business and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.

We supply slewing ring bearings, oscillating mountings, tensioner devices from stock and we also have spiral bevel gearboxes, servo gears and electromechanical actuators in our delivery program.


In addition we also select and offer the right components and systems for motion control solutions, such as servo gear motors, linear servo actuators and complete XYZ cartesian systems.
