- The vibratory feeders are available with bowl feeders up to 800 mm diameter.
- The bowl feeders are set manually for the concerning products.

- Depending on the product type, the bowls can also be coated with a special layer.
BZS bunker supply system
To guarentee high autonomy of the vibration feeder systems, they can be provided with bunkers. Bunkers are automatic systems, which fill the vibrating bowl before it is empty.
The output of the products is easy with a conveyor belt or, when required, with a linear vibrating feeder to position the products for a pick and place application.
Fimotec-Fischer has patented the BZS systems. These are complete systems including bunker in a closed housing.
Important advantage: low noise level.
The BZS feed hopper systems are always deliverd complete, including electronics and mounted on a base plate.
