Meto-Fer automation components

An extensive line of quality automation components, electronic sensors, linear transfer systems and automatic handling systems. All components provide peak performance for millions of cycles, and when the initial life-cycle has been achieved, each component can be restored to original operating efficiency, quickly and easily, using our available seal and bearing kits.

The MetoFer product line features:

• Meto-Fer linear automation components
  Variety of linear units, vertical units, standard roller slides, elevating tables and mini linear units. Combine these components with the rest of the Meto-Fer program for complete pick & place solutions.

• Meto-Fer rotary automation components
  Rotary actuator modules, including actuators with angle of rotation from 0 - 180° and 0 - 360°. Suitable for mounting with the Meto-Fer linear modules and grippers.

• Meto-Fer modular grippers
  Modular grippers, including angular motion, semi-parallel motion and parallel motion grippers.

• Meto-Fer sensors
  Broad range of inductive- and photoelectric proximity switches with little assembly- and adjustment time, reliable and durable function, insensitive to mishandling, smallest sizes thanks to state of the art Hybrid-technology and universal use even under extreme conditions. Thru-Beam Sensors - IR transmitters / receivers are available in various sizes with sensing range max. 1500 mm.

• Meto-Fer accessories
  Various mounting components for completion of the pick & place systems, such as mounting arms and mounting bases, and various accessories for pneumatic like vacuum systems.
