The multiple function of the Rosta rubber suspension elements includes spring function, bearing function, tensioner function and anti-vibration function. Many diverse applications feasible in the modern engineering. Maintenance free for lower operating costs.

Properties rubber suspension elements:

1. Bearing function: the ROSTA elements are a maintenance-free alternative to ball bearings, needle bearings or plain bearings.
2. Spring function: applicable within a range of ± 300 mm. Advantages over steel springs are: high self-damping, shock load, swing and vibration damping, corrosion resistance, durability.
3. Anti-vibration function: by the hysteresis in the rubber bodies damping occurs. Well applicable as stop buffer, vibration damper or pivot.
4. Tensioner function: for both tensioning chains and belts as well as pressing or positioning products.

The maintenance-free operation lowers operating costs through the longer service intervals. The guaranteed functionality increases the availability of installations and machinery.
