Roller Screw versus Ball Screw Actuators
In the ever-evolving field of engineering, roller screw technology has become a significant force in linear electric actuator motion control....
Complete units consisting of profiles with guides in which the carriage is positioned by means of a spindle, toothed belt or by means of a direct drive linear motor.
ATB Automation supplies a wide range of linear units with carriages, consisting of profiles with guides in which the carriage is positioned via a spindle, timing belt or via a direct drive linear motor.
IAI Industrial Automation RoboCylinders
The IAI RoboCylinders areactuators with ballscrews with direct mounted stepper or servo motor. The actuators are supplied with controller.
The series consists of the following types:
- RCP: version with 24V stepper motor
- RCA: version with 24V actuator
- RCS: version with 230V servomotor
- ERC: version with 24 stepper motor and integrated controller
IAI Industrial Robots Intelligent Actuators
The IAI Intelligent Actuators are equiped with a ballscrew or a belt drive and controlled via 230V servomotor. The actuators are supplied with controller.
HSB Automation linear units
HSB Automation linear modules are equipped with ballscrew or belt drive and suitable for driving any type of motor. The systems are supplied with a drive shaft and an optional adapter and coupling for mounting the motor. The guides are integrated in the aluminum profile.
Akribis linear units
The Akribis linear modules are made up of a linear motor with precision linear encoder and guides. Where precision matters.
We supply slewing ring bearings, oscillating mountings, tensioner devices from stock and we also have spiral bevel gearboxes, servo gears and electromechanical actuators in our delivery program.
In addition we also select and offer the right components and systems for motion control solutions, such as servo gear motors, linear servo actuators and complete XYZ cartesian systems.
