A 2-axis linear system converts rotational movement into linear movement. This makes it possible to move loads quickly, safely and precisely from one position to another. By controlling the individual motors, it is possible to move one or two axes at the same time. A compact design can thus be implemented.
The structure consists of Sigma basic profiles with roller guides and a movable X-Z slide. The carriage can absorb forces and torques in all directions and is positively and non-positively connected to one another via the drive belt.
We supply slewing ring bearings, oscillating mountings, tensioner devices from stock and we also have spiral bevel gearboxes, servo gears and electromechanical actuators in our delivery program.
In addition we also select and offer the right components and systems for motion control solutions, such as servo gear motors, linear servo actuators and complete XYZ cartesian systems.
