With the mechanism, the distance between the bloom (bar), and the distance meter is determined with which the position of the bloom was set at the supply track. Through the servo controller with Profibus this information is fed back to the PLC. The adjusting mechanism comprises a roller screw actuator FT Exlar with servo motor guided in Faro profiles and combirol bearings. The system is very robust.
We supply slewing ring bearings, oscillating mountings, tensioner devices from stock and we also have spiral bevel gearboxes, servo gears and electromechanical actuators in our delivery program.
In addition we also select and offer the right components and systems for motion control solutions, such as servo gear motors, linear servo actuators and complete XYZ cartesian systems.
